In October 2019, the r4d programme launched its Knowledge for Development platform www.k4d.ch with products emerging from r4d projects and the r4d programme. In the meantime, the collection of posts has grown substantially, providing insights into the diversity of research approaches, emerging results and stories. Have a look and learn more.
The www.k4d.ch is a platform that portrays evidence-based research information tailor-made for an interested public and professionals in the field of sustainable development cooperation. Since its launch, the Knowledge for Development platform has been growing constantly and continues to do so.
As of today, it features 9 Video-clips, 5 Photo Galleries, 4 Policy Briefs, 10 Articles and 1 Resource piece and many more are in our publication pipeline.
The products predominatly emerge from r4d researchers through calls for communication products or synthesis projects. They are processed in lean editorial processes between the researchers, the r4d programme, the graphic designer and the webpublishers. Our PR-team writes articles and conducts interviews. Our mandated experts in the r4d Skills series or in our synthesis projects are authors of Resource pieces.
The goal of www.k4d.ch is to raise awareness and interest for the richness and diversity of impact-oriented research conducted in the r4d programme and its results. We provide links to additional sources for deeper dive-in.
